Rambutan

Rambutan is one of the famous specialties of Vietnam. At first sight, it has an exotic appearance with the round to oval shape and covered with fleshy pliable spines outside. When the fruit is ripe, its skin becomes red. Although the exterior is a kind of creepy, its translucent and whitish flesh is so tasty with a sweet, mildly acidic flavor.
